About
Panera Bread is a popular counter-serve cafe that offers a variety of sandwiches, salads, and other delicious options. It is well-known for its high-quality bread and complimentary WiFi service. Some customers find the prices to be slightly expensive, particularly when ordering the half sandwich and soup combo for $17. The interior ambiance may have some areas in need of improvement, such as dirty booths and a deteriorating front counter panel. Nevertheless, overall experiences are positive due to the tasty food served as expected.
Why you should go
- Enjoy delicious mac n cheese and soups
- Experience a peaceful ambiance with upscale decor
- Convenient ordering process at kiosks for quick service

I really enjoyed lunch at this location. Friendly staff, customer service was A1 my food was hot and fresh and delicious, the dinning room was clean. I saw employees wiping tables and cleaning. I will be visiting again soon. The manger was really welcoming.
This place is surviving only by virtue of its location. Every order, guaranteed, will have something wrong with it. They’ll mark your curbside pickup ready, add 5 more minutes to that though, it isn’t actually ready. Want to have a grilled cheese made from two end pieces? Want a chicken sandwich without chicken? They just can’t figure these very simple recipes out.
Worst experience I have ever had at a Panera Bread. There was no one at the register. A lady that was clearing the tables finally came and took our order. Ice machine was broken, no sign or explanation without asking. Sat down without realizing that a group of kids were having a squirt gun fight in the dining area. Lots of running and yelling, went on for quite some time. No one from Panera even seemed to be around or aware of the chaos. They finally left and didn't`t even clean up their tables. When we left, I was putting up our trash along side a Panera employee. I simply asked him how he was doing and he started yelling at me....don`t you talk to me that way ! I was dumbfounded. Wow. I later did call and spoke to the manager about this and to her credit, she refunded our money and said she had terminated the employee. This restaurant evidently is a chaotic mess, without anyone running this s### show.

Placed an online order for large mac n cheese and a cup of tomato soup. (Panera mac n cheese is phenomenal in my opinion) What’s not phenomenal is being charged $10 ($15 for total order) for a large only to receive the amount of food below.
Giving one because I can't give zero, ordered a Marguerite flat bread pizza and was 100% cold, not room temperature, COLD.NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. How can you serve cold pizza and expect the client to be ok with it?
